I have tried all day to work in a new configuration following the wiki instructions, but I have had a lot of error messages. in simulator mode mm layout 2 works very well.

the model is WHB04-L 18 Keys.

Is there a simple way to make it work? Thanks for the help

there is no way this will work the way you set it up

the USB component needs to be loded inside a postgui for correct function
also as it is a wifi system refering to the INI the component seams to be coustom made

your setup order of the HAL is wrong
mashine FIRST
then the halui
then the coustom
then also coustom the hb04
at last the tcl settings

what are gives you given if you start the mashine i gave you

I cannot understand your file, it is very modified, I send you a corrected copy with your explanation, but it gives me an error that cannot find a file. I am doing the simplest configuration and then work on it. Thank you very much !!!!!

It seems to start !!! , but no!!

Whilst I’ve been watching this thread I haven’t commented, but one thing I have noted is that the error messages have clearly stated things like no servo thread can’t find file and the like. Have you addressed these issues ? Or have you just been concerned that the pendant isn’t operating ?
Have you been able to get a working config, one that works without trying to get the pendant working ?
If it was me I’d concentrate on having a configuration that is able to operate my machine and run gcode. Make a backup of that and then attempt to get the pendant going. Theoretically any issues should be in the file pertaining to the pendant not the main machine.
The error messages usually give a good idea of what the issues are eg pins not existing ( generally a typo or something you’ve forgotten to add ), unable to find a file once again a typo or the file not in the location expected. These are actually examples of what I’ve seen in your error messages.
Don’t be freaked out by the messages, read each line and when you come across something address that issue. Bit by bit is a good way. Be cool and relaxed.......walk away from it for a day, if you can, do something else and then give it another go. You’ll be fresh and relaxed. It’s something that’s worked for myself in different fields.

I am using the whb04 wifi mpg without problems when I run the simulator that is integrated in linuxcnc. I try to make a new configuration following the steps and it doesn't work for me, I have ordered the order of execution of the hal and tcl files and I got the last error message. I can not see because of my lack of experience what is the error .. I will continue !! thank you for your response !!

You have a message:
CANNOT FIND FILE FOR:monitor_xhc-hb-104.tcl

Like I said the error log gives a pretty good idea of the issue. Is that file name correct ? Do you have that file ?

Then Linuxcnc is shutting down. That is the issue. sort that issue out.

CANNOT FIND FILE FOR:monitor_xhc-hb04.tcl

An observation: your inifile (fresa-HB04_2020-03-21.ini) excerpt:
[HAL]
...
HALFILE = monitor_xhc-hb04.tcl

The monitor_xhc-hb04.tcl is *not* a HALFILE,
it belongs in the [APPLICATIONS] section.
(And the naming is monitor-xhc-hb04
*not* monitor_xhc-hb04.tcl).

Example:
[APPLICATIONS]
APP = xhc-hb04-accels
APP = monitor-xhc-hb04
