Hey Mac,
Here is an example of sequencing in ladder that is pretty bullet proof.
Step 1 starts and stays in step 1 until step 2 trigger comes on for one scan
Step 2 trigger starts step 2 and until some condition is met then step 3 trigger is on for one scan

Here is an example of sequencing in ladder that is pretty bullet proof.
ok to start sequence --- not step 2 trigger ---- step1()
step1 ----------------|
step1 ---- do stuff()
|---- stuff done ---- step 2 trigger()
step2 ---- not step 2 trigger ----- step2()
step2--|
step2 ---- do more stuff()
|---differnet stuff done ---- step 3 trigger()
Step 1 starts and stays in step 1 until step 2 trigger comes on for one scan
Step 2 trigger starts step 2 and until some condition is met then step 3 trigger is on for one scan

You can only have an output one time, you have Q2 twice. What will happen is only the logic in line 5 will set the state of Q2.

Does this work?
Remove rung 6, change %Q2 rising edge to %Q2, remove %Q2 output on rung 5 and finish that rung up one rung in between %I1 and %Q2 output.
So when you press Pyvcp-home-button, you start-find-turret, motor turns until you get your index, then turret is homed, and gets latched by rung 5. Once you get %Q2 that drops out %Q0 which stops the motor turning %Q1. And your homed.

Here is the first full-go attempt at the entire ladder program. It may not be fully optimized, but it is my best shot. Please feel free to let me know what needs to be changed.
Thanks!

The only way I was able to go thru it was buy printing it out, then manually coloring the contacts and outputs. There are a few errors in that revision, which were figured out after the coloring episode. Once I get the chance to test the programming, the pdf will be updated. Thanks for taking the time to check it out.

You wouldn't be willing to share your complete config for your Benchman would you? I'm going to try building one with a 7i80s and 7i40s.
