Standard-modern 1700 series retrofit

Atx extensions and my ssd arrived , got rodw's Debian 12 / linuxcnc 2.9 installed , can start learning the ins and outs of that while I wait on mesa cards. 

Special delivery in the mail today , I went with a 7i95t 7i83 for the analog and a 7i84 for my front panel. Got them all mounted and wired in , realized I have to update 2.9 to support the 7i95t.,  but of coarse I'm out of time today.

 

managed to go out to the garage after work and after some time zone issues i got 2.9 updated , i used mesact to make a super simple config to start with , but now im getting a watchdog error , error report attached . does this have anything to do with the wiring of my smart serial cards ?

Mesact will do a successful board check at ip 10.10.10.10I can not ping 10.10.10.10 it gives me the error pictured below If I use the pictured command in mesa flash it gives a no ethernet board found.Ethernet setup was done following the guide on here. 
 

Watchdog error had to do with mesact needing a update.

Lots of Headway made , encoders scaled and drives tuned as best I can tune them for now , have some nice smooth motion happening. And full travel with no following error, still not a flat line in halshow but I can work on that.

Having trouble getting my spindle encoder to show rpm in gmocappy thats this evenings project.
