Can i connect 7i29 to P4 connector on 5i20??

And please, if it is possible - configure handwheel for connecting to RX0 and RX1.
(its useful when making wire connections to 7i47S)

I think the reason the pins don;t match is because you (said you) are using firmware SVST8_4
when SVST2_4_7i47 is for the 7i47.

Until pncconf learns to read installed bitfiles, you can not use pncconf for custom bitfiles
you must get your hands dirty and edit the HAL and INI files yourself

But in this case i have to ask you again to change P2<->P4 back... (sorry )

Because now i have to write all pins for P2,3,4 by my "dirty hands" - and probably i make a lot of errors.

And if only difference will be in P3 - it will increase my chances, and common part of configuring i can make in pncconf (before editing by hands).

P3 (and the previously unsupported Spindle PWM on the 7I47) are all that should change. The servo settings should remain the same regardless of which connector the 7I29s are on. The 7I47 was unsupported before so that will not change, the only real thing that changes are GPIO pins for the 7I37
