oh wow there are some values there. Mostly very low numbers .00x or a few times .0x

so the most I have seen in them is like .015 and constantly changing

This is because of your large D term (1 is quite huge for D) so the output mainly reflects the velocity noise from the resolver interface (about 1 RPM of noise = your .015 RPS)

To actually see any analog output you would need to widen you ferror limits (so you dont get an instant jointN following error which will turn things off) and perhaps hand crank the axis (with a P gain of 1 and .2 resolver scale, it would take 50 turns to get to 10V of PID output

Yeah it was the darn min.ferror ...it was killing the servos before they ever even started to move.
