Unlike quadrature encoders, SSI encoders need a lot of encoder specific setup
so you need to get a number of things right for the SSI encoders to work:
1. Clock polarity
2. Data polarity
3. Number of bits
4. Gray code or binary data encoding
5. Extra pad or fault bits
Basically this means you need the encoder data sheet or you will be working in the dark

Could not find anything about them except the wiring diagrams i have, nothing pertaining to usable info about encoders.
Terkaa, just checked the hal and ini files, they use core_sim4.hal, so it does not use actual hardware, when i remove that line, it does not start complaining about invalid icon size 48.

I started with core_sim4.hal and modified it to working configuration But it is NOT simulation. It is just a file name...

Thank you Tero, i made a new config with axis as UI and added the stuff for SSI and feedback, got to show something, but still messy, will continue later.I started with core_sim4.hal and modified it to working configuration But it is NOT simulation. It is just a file name...
