Hi
as the Mashine seams Servo 7i48 you are fine
you can go with your mesa cards they will work as you think
the 5i24 and 7i48 can drive your spindles as well

you are in good setup maybe you shoudt consider a 7i34 for the RS485 Modebus comunication to the Spindles
as well as a 7i73 or a 7i42 for the IO you need

Thank you for your help.
Could you please let me know how to run my spindles with 7i48 card.

Do the spindles run at the same? If not, then you can use one VFD spindle controller and select which spindle gets the VFD routed to during the tool change. That's assuming the spindles and VFD are the same.

This is what I did and it works great.

Sounds like you going to be needing more I/O.

No, spindles are running separately and all the spindles are controlling by one VFD.

Thank you for your kind support.
Do I need to flash any firmware to communicate 7i37TA with 5i24?
is it possible to connect both 7i48 and 7i37TA to 5i24?

The 7I37TA uses straight GPIO so will work with any firmware.

The only restriction is that you cannot connect the 7I37TA
to the connector intended for the first 7I48 and if you have
firmware for 2x 7I48, you must disable the encoder counters
and PWM generators for the second 7I48 if you install the
7I37TA on the connector intended for the second 7I48.

You disable the unneeded encoders and PWM generators by setting
the num_encoders and num_pwmgens values in the driver config line
