Should be TB8-I0 and TB8-O0
then software and teminal board would Line up!

No,what are you going to do with output 0 then?
Board terminal numbers are just that. Has nothing to do inputs outputs. Just a label so you can relate them to whatever is on those pins, so you know where to connect wires.

There is no TB8-0. I can see how it is a bit confusing in pncconf. That is showing TB8 terminal and input 00 on the first pin. the 00 is the input number not the terminal number. There is no room on that form for terminal numbers. I would imagine thats why that is but....
Now you know, so lets move on to getting it connected.......lol

TB8 has no 0. It starts at terminal #1 and ends at terminal #32.
It just so happens that inputs 0-15 are on the first 16 terminals and outs 0-7 are on the last 8 terminals.

TB8 has no 0. It starts at terminal #1 and ends at terminal #32.

You should have a very short stint with pncconf. Get a config going then never go back to pncconf. Editing in an editor for changing and working your config.
