I actually have no idea why he recommended the 6i68 except that is has an awful lot of pins. However it is no good without a 3x20 and those cost $377.
For lots of IO you can connect 8 smart-serial devices to a single 7i44 or 7i74 and that will give you 384 GPIO pins in various combinations. (The protocol supports twice that, but none of the current cards have more than 48 pins)

is this board possible to use with combo 7i33TA and 7i44?Can i use Xilinx ise to creat a custom bitfile for it too?

As far as I can see looking at the available firmwares there are not any standard Hostmot2 firmwares that don't fit into the smaller card.

7i64 is nice too (though expensive).
It can handle pretty high voltages and significant currents.
