Mill conversion with Mesa 7i96

Connect the MPG according to your HAL and with resistances pullap at +5 volts to the A B outputs of the MPG. I am used to using MACH 3 and you must select MPG control to use them, I don't know how MPGs are enabled in Linuxcnc.
