Not really, the analog output is fully isolated from ground so if you measure ~10V from TB4.3 to TB4.1 and 7V from TB4.2 to TB4.1 and LinuxCNC has requested full scale output (spinout=maxscale=maxlimit), This is a hardware fault of some kind

Dear PCW
i can manage with 7.5V and m also have a 3phase spindle encoder(A,B,I, 1024ppr) connected with 7i76e is it possible to synchronize with 7.5v instead of 10V and i can set 7.5v as max input.
