What bit file for a 7i76e + 7i85s

As the title. What bit file for a 7i76e + 7i85s do I need to flash the 7i76e please

I can ping the card on 10.10.10.10 with a time of 0.33

I have the latest version of mesaflash version 3.3.0 with sudo apt-get install mesaflash

try:

mesaflash --device 7i76e --addr 10.10.10.10 --write 7i76e_7i76x1_7i85sx2d.bit

I am not sure if I am doing this correct.

I have attempted to flash the 7i76e with:

mesaflash --device 7i76e --addr 10.10.10.10 --write 7i76e_7i76x1_7i85sx2d.bit

Then used: sudo mesaflash --addr 10.10.10.10 --device 7i76e --readhmid > mesa_7i76e.txt

This is the result:

I was expecting to see the encoder pins on the 7i85s but I don't see any reference to the 7i85s

I did this from a terminal on the desktop this is also where the bit file is. The mesa card seemed to flash ok and I did a power down & up before the read. Do I need to use sudo for the write?

Sorry I still don't see in hal configuration for the 7i85s I do see a 7i76 on the tree.
I can't find anything that relates to the 7i85s encoders so how do I know which physical pins to connect to on the 7i85s

There would be no 7I85S related pins, just encoders (and stepgens)

Well you certainly made me work on this one

I had encoders=1 in the loadrt line in the hal file should have been encoders=5
Its all a learning curve, thanks for the help.
