Is it possible to move the step/dir 0 from TB2 7i76e > TB2 7i85s diff out 0
I have the encoder for the servo on the 7i85s
Can 7i85s be used for step/dir . If so I am struggling to see which TB2 pins to connect to 9-16
I have enclosed the show all below
The board is flashed witth 7i76e_7i76x1_7i85sx2d.bit

So if I understand correctly I should used TB2 pins 11-14 for the step/dir
So pin 5 on the DB25 will give me two physical connections on the 7i85s TB2 11-12 for the STEP + & -

Yes, the Step+, Step- (and Dir+, Dir-) are driven by single FPGA pins
stepgen 5 is on the 7I85S's diff out 0,1m stepgen 6 on diff out 2,3 etc etc

Thanks for taking the time Peter. I got confused looking for the second pin not realising it was coming from a single pin.
I hope this make clearer for others to follow

Hello!
I want to use 7i76e (REV. C) + 7i85s + 7i85s, but I can't download the archive with the bit files.
Can anybody help me out? (it can be encoder + stepgen for both 7i85s cards)

7i76e_7i76x1_7i85sx2d.bit is the proper bit file
All 7I76E firmware is in the 7I76E zip archive:
www.mesanet.com/software/parallel/7i76e.zip
(There is a link to each card specific support zip file in the specification tab
of that card in the Mesa webstore)

Yes, I noticed Mesa is not using a SSL certificate on some parts of their website. Maybe they have a http:// link on the download....My Chrome some why don't allow to download... (that is why I have asked, I know it's on the website, just thought it was deleted...)
