Strange issue with mesa 7i96 after machine go to endstop

Bad step/dir outputs and bad SSR output could be from excess voltage on the 5V power (6.5V or > will damage the ACT parts)

The DC/DC was calibrated 4.95 to 5.01 but after too much start stop i can imagine a problem occurs here with these new crappy supply.

Damned U3 U8 U16 have visible damage !

Can i ask what you suggest to replace ? (also U4 U7 ?)

I'm not lucky with Mesa card some time ago i damaged the 7i76e spindle control don't know if you remenber

U4 is 74ACT540 (TSSOP package)
U7 is 74ACT541 (TSSOP package )
