I'll be gone for a week on vacation, why not start a new thread and post your configuration files as a zip file.
After every off transition of the torch you have to move Z up to remove any offset.
I've never seen the Z axis take off when you enable the thc component because you have to also be at speed and other things for any correction to work.

Hi John. I hope you have been back from your vacation and it was a nice one. I think it's not worth to start the new thread along of small importance of my question. My question is how can I put on the volts-tolerance function, if this is possible at all. All my attempts to have the result: thc.volt-tol pin doesn't exist. Because my project is located in the very early phase I use the config file which you posted before. I will be really greatful for your help.

It's always worth it to start a new thread otherwise the threads run on forever and it makes searching the forum 100 time more difficult... this thread is already 8 pages long.
