That is expected if linuxcnc was running and has exited (it indicates a watchdog bite)

Not sure what you are asking, its normal for CR19 to be illuminated
when you exit LinuxCNC. (It should be off when LinuxCNC is running)

The servo thread period should be left at its default 1000000 ns

OK . how and where can I change that? You cannot use the pncconf wizard. which crashes
