7i76E - Start up time

Thanks everyone - made some progress

Commented out existing interface file contents and added code from the documentation. The good news is now when I power up the 7i76e on the first boot it connects to the network within a few seconds and when powered down it disconnects. The curious thing is if you then power up a second time without rebooting the PC it doesn't auto reconnect. You can manually connect, but auto connect/disconnect only works the first time after a pc reboot.
