Yes, though you may need to invert the limit switches depending on the breakout board and wiring,

Ok, that's not a problem, I'll try it.
And if I wanted to add the Y tandem axys should I add it in PncConf to Num 3 just below the Z axys stepgen (Num 2)?
And for the E-stop can I use the first input (Num 000) and wire it in the pin 1?

I added limits switches to the machine and wired everything to the board.
Then I tried to move the axes with LinuxCNC and it works.
Thanks so much guys, without you I don't know if I would have made it!
But I have a problem: I tried to move the axes with 5mm impulses to check if they moved correctly, and they didn't. The pitch of the leadscrew is 5mm, the motor has 200 steps, but to make a complete turn of the axis (therefore move 5mm) you need 16 commands of 5mm instead of 1, therefore ratio 1/16.
Seems to me the settings are correct, I have attached a screenshot of PncConf.
Where am I wrong?

Do as Tommy wrote but also check S3 and S4 on your board. For 16 microsteps it is usually S3=0 S4=1. This is confusing because it is called 'excitation' in the manual but really is microstep.

I put 16 in Microstep Multiplication Factor and it works.
By S3 and S4 do you mean the 6 switches on the stepper drivers?

... Although since it is working now this does mean that the microstep setting is now matching the 7i92 config. (eg: if it is not broken don't fix it)

Yes, but check the manual (of the driver) to make sure since there may be different versions of the TB6560 driver. You want to find something about 'excitation' (or microstep) and set the switches accordingly.... By S3 and S4 do you mean the 6 switches on the stepper drivers?

Was thinking the same
However I bought some TB6600 because I intend to modify and improve the milling machine so the drivers will soon be replaced and other step motors will arrive later.

I have a problem, when I set the gateway in the IPv4 settings, the save button automatically greyed out.
I googled to solve the issue and I found informations about a never-default option but I can't figure out how to do.
Someone know how to help me? Thank you

Hi guys, I'm resetting the network configuration after the installation of the new linuxcnc-2.9.2 version.Sorry I know it's long to explain to a newbie but I don't know where to find this information.
Do I have to set up the ethernet connection first following this guide?

nmcli con mod "Wired connection 1" ipv4.never-default "no"
and then:
systemctl restart NetworkManager
Now I can save the gateway number but only if I don't check the "Use this connection only for resources on its network" option on the "Routes..." menu.
Where am I wrong?

Ok I did by running this on terminal:
