Take some photos of the internals and share it with Tommy, he should be able to tell you how to go before the HF unit. You might as well do it properly.

Wire only the Proma PVD to plasma source and fire the torch manually, if it smokes you still have THCAD intact.
If Proma says it is OK, i tend to trust them, Lukasch, the owner is very good at electronics, have not talked to him in quite some time, so not sure who is running the show there.
And i have seen twice Proma THC150 wired directly to clamp/torch connectors without issues.
Still, i would wire it to the output of the rectifier on one side and after the filtering choke on the other side.
