Do the step/dir outputs work?
(check the dir pins when jogging back and forth)

Yes, it is working now.
Step/dir working on counts pin and physcally on hardware it's ok.
But I had to change a brand new board (7i76) for other brand new board (7i76) and it acknowledge the card and I was able to connect to the daughter board.

OK sounds like a failed 7I76 card if another works
