7i76e step dir signal missing for stepgen type 0 was created by Traken
Hello everyone, I'm trying to configure linuxcnc 2.10 and mese 7i76e and I don't have a step/dir signal at all, but when I switch stepgen to type 2, there is a signal, but it's probably not correct because the machine loses steps.

It probably means that you have the step time too short for
the drive to recognize the step pulses (type 2 is quadrature
so has square wave signals that are quite wide at slow speeds)

Maybe you have the step length too short for the scope to catch

All modes work (0,1,2), but the steplength setting
only affects the step length in modes 0 and 1.

How can I diagnose why it's not type 0? Maybe it's the Ethernet cable's fault?
