I had fixed it, it had some input voltage sensing issue.
I did change all the drives to Granite Devices Argon.

Did you keep the Yaskawa servos? I was told by many that none of the drives would work with these servos. I was gonna replace them with Dyn4 servos and drives. Maybe this would be a better way since the Yaskawa servos use a tapered shaft and the Dyn4 are straight. Means I have to make a coupler.

No you can not use them as they have proprietary encoders, so changing the encoders was a pita!

did you change to the Standard 500ppr or did you upgrade to the 2000ppr as for a mesa this woudt be a good replacement

Dude, the original was 8192 ppr, replaced by 2500ppr to have 10000 counts .did you change to the Standard 500ppr or did you upgrade to the 2000ppr as for a mesa this woudt be a good replacement

this is a good value what speed can you go on the Mesa Hardware i guess its a 7i77
