I have Chinese 34HS5802 motors 1600 Oz_in for my DIY CNC router. It is not reassuring

Hi
You can't drill hole, do tread and add a custom adaptor plate ?

3 of the 4 bolts should still, hold. I'd attempt to try to us it as is. Especially if you have the mounting recess milled with reasonably tight tolerances.

Thanks all,
Yes, it is a 23 - I had my fingers one key too far to the right when typing
I did think about milling a new one, but I'm having a few backlash issues so once those are addressed..
I am currently using it as-is, the three bolts do still hold (just) - I'm using an extra nut on the face side to stand it off the mounting plate so I don't do the same again until I can get a mounting plate milled with a recess.. Hopefully it'll hold together.
If (when!) I get a replacement milled I'll post pictures up here

If you still able to mill, i thought you can not, you can make a 'plate' for the end of your motor and use long bolts/screws to additionally "press' the motor from his rear side..
Not beautiful bot probaby working.
