The attached page from the manual would indicate that it's indeed 3 phase. I'm no longer at the workshop, but I'll try to swap phases and see if there's any change.

Coolant pumps can look like they work. With straight impeller blades it will pump, but the impeller will unscrew from the shaft. (Things that have got me in the past)

I still haven't had a chance to check the pump again, but I'm converting all of the scans to a normal resolution, cause as @aciera mentioned they were indeed in ridiculous sizes

It turned out that the pump was working correctly all along. The only issue was that with the valve closed it needed very little movement to pressurize the system. When I was trying to force it to work it was probably trying to get a higher pressure than it's supposed to.
