I am planning to replace the CNC of a 5-axis milling center. Does EMC2 supports RTCP?

I guess RTCP stands for Rotation Tool Center Point here. That's what we talked about on the mail list recently, I just forgot the abbreviation.
Yes, EMC2 supports RTCP for 5-axis machining, with 5axiskins module.

Yes. Probably the realization is different from your machining center, it has extra axis for tool lenght correction.
If you want to check it, start EMC2 and choose config named '5axis'. There's built-in visualisation of 5axis machine tool.
