Is it a servo or stepper machine?
What stops? Do the drives go free, or is it just motion that stops?
Does the noise the machine makes change at all?

Does dmesg say anything? (type dmesg in a terminal window)

Its a servo system. when i Run g-code in Auto mode, the machine stops after some time. There is no fix time in which machine stops. Also the drive are engaged and the spindle is still runs. None of the error is displayed at this time.

One more thing. In this condition when i press STEP then RESUME buttons. MAchine restart from last position. Then after some time again machine is stopped.

Do you have a hardware pause or feed-hold button?

can you attach your HAL file to a message?

Nothing strange there.

If you run your g code file in the Axis simulator does it run all the way through?

Is it a huge file?

John
