Hi everyone !
I have emc2 integrated with Ethercat (Etherlab.org), running a Beckhoff AX5000 servo driver performing
a very nice system. But if axis backplot is enable after some minutes running
the computer lock up, if i disable the backplot it run for more than 10 hours before lock up.
Someone have an idea what causes this problem?
I am using EMC 2.4.6 with Axis interface.

This sounds like an OpenGL problem.
You might find that software-only OpenGL helps:

Thanks for help me !

I have installed the library like recomended but the problem persists.
I'm testing emc2 with the standard program that came with Axis but i
have entered a loop repeat [50] to run it for many hours.
Am i exaggerating running a program for to many hours?
One machine that we made is working for more than one year 18 hours
a day without problems, but executing small programs repeatedly.

It shouldn't be a problem.

You could try putting
(AXIS, hide)
before the loop-end label so that the preview only runs once.
linuxcnc.org/docs/html/gui_axis.html#r1_11_7
But that shouldn't be necessary.

Your clue made my processor working less.
But you won't belive what was causing the lock up.
I was using an wireless mouse and keyboard, last week , i removed
it and connected a wired one and Bingo!
My system is running for 4 days without lock.
I had no idea that it could hapen. :S

Dear Deotti,

Can you post a source code of the driver for AX5000, or some advice where to start?
Thank you
