Camera working only sometime

I have follow the step instruction to use a camera with EMC2, using camview-emc

I have a big problem, after sometime the camera is on, it freeze and how i fix it now is:
open camview and make all settings again, then replace the settings "camviewcfg.xml" file, i have notice that the only thing that change in the the file after save is the address

from
input4vl:1
to
input4vl:0

So now when camera freeze, i just need to open the file and change 1 to 0 or viceversa, because it freeze both ways, but after i change it's fine for sometime.

Another very big issue is that the camera when is in freeze state, is saving a log with errors in var\log and in emc debug file, this log files become so big that my 60GB hard disk was full in maybe 1 or 2 hours working.

how can i solve this problem?

I use that without problem. Just have wrong colorspace (Reed come blue on screen but other work perfect)
