Sorry, not gettting very far with your config. You also seem to have an arduino.hal and a hpg.hal file, what do they do?

Without your classic ladder and your extra 2 HAL files, it all seems to work OK here. I am certainly not seeing the error message you describe.

You don't seem to have an HALCMD set up, so that isn't pushing things into the motion queue.

How big is the home/emc2/configs/TankOne (or whatever you called it) folder, if you zip it up into one file?

Hello Andy,
After alot of testing and testing , we've got this result , " Queue is not empty after probing "these words will show out quiet often . may be 4 times testing will show out once time . please have a look of the attachments.

Please zip the entire config directory up and attach it to your next message using the second button. ("select file to attach" _not_ "select image file to attach")
