new user question.
On start up (booting) it gives me the choiceof XP or Ubuntu. I choose UBUNTU. When UBUNTU is running The prompt is (INIT???) I can enter HELP and get a list of commands.
I am lost. What next?

Just downloaded burned and tried out (with sucess) EMC2 Live CD.
Simply Awsome.
Just got a question HOW can I donate the project?
I'm just a young guy, but I really want to help this project to make it better.
And since I'm not a C coder I would donate money.
btw I can make translation to Hungarian (it is partly translated)
Just tried out our small 3-axis CNC (HobbyCNC) (it is use to make with Mach3 and ArtCAM)
And after a few minutes of trying to set it up, it worked fine, COOL!
I miss some fetures, but I hope those will be added.

The documents are being changed from lyx to adoc at the moment to make things like translations easier. If you don't mind just start a new topic in the documents section and psha will see it. Thanks.
The neat thing about EMC2 is it is open source so many things can be added easy, what are you missing?
And we don't have a donate button. Even if you don't code in C or C++ or python or other languages you can donate time by helping others and things like translations.
Thanks
John
