I didn't change the BASE_PERIOD, FERROR and MIN_FERROR for my machine.

Never mind. Set all Velocitys, base periods to same as other config file and getting joint errors whenever I jog.

Stepper? The only reason you ever see an f-error there is if the base period can't keep up with the velocity. (ie not enough steps per second).
If reducing the jog speed doesn't make the problem go away (and the default jog speed in that config is probably in inches) then something properly odd is going on.

That's what I thought too. I have the BASE_PERIOD set the same as a working config file that I was jogging around at 300ipm with no errors. On the gantry sample config, with everything set exactly the same, any jog over 10ipm causes a joint error. Am I missing something, everything I'm comparing is in the ini file.
