Swap to new Control Computer

I am planning to swap a working computer over to a new one, mostly due to unsolvable high latency problems. I am running EMC 2.4.7, and am wondering how to go about setting up after the swap. Obviously I will move the Mesa 5i20 card onto the new PC, and I can copy out the setup files form the EMC directory, but how do I go about setting up EMC?

The new PC is already setup with EMC 2.4.7 and all patches.

Do I need to run PncConf again and setup a new configuration profile with the same settings, or is there a way I can copy over the current profile? I know where the INI and other files live.
