Image-to-gcode - rough cutting

As far as I can see, the rough cutting settings in this milling facility don't allow a proper rough cut.
That is to say, there is no way to adjust the step-over distance just for the rough cutting, so it's hardly "rough".

Is there any way round this, apart from coding by hand another section of the code, and pasting that onto the front end of the file ?

Why not do two finish runs, one programed for roughing, and one programed for finish, I use different bits and run two programs.
