emc2 goes in the wrong direction

emc2 goes in the wrong direction was created by twscnc
can aneyone help me figure out
how to configure the direction.
for instances.
i can get it to home in the right direction.
but when it trys to cut' it gos into the limet
switches.
i can change things in the wizard and
it will cut right.
but then it won't home in the right direction.
i hit the switches by hand to make i thank it hit
home.
can you help?

HOME_SEARCH_VEL
the number sets the speed in user units (inch or mm) per second.
The arithmetic SIGN of the number sets the direction.
(you may also have HOME_LATCH_VEL if you have encoder
index pulses feeding back to LinuxCNC, but probably not.)
