XYUV Foamcuttter configuration from scratch-- HELP was created by erick.szekely
i have been fiddling and finagling for months on trying to get a xyuv foamcutter set up. i have all the hardware the software is where im stuck. i want instructions in ENGLISH on how to install from scratch in the right directory a version of linux cnc that supports and will display both ends of the wire and the wire strung between.

I think you might want the specific modifications made by Sammel Lothar.
These are only available in the "master" (Development) branch.
So, first you want to get that. Follow the instructions here:
buildbot.linuxcnc.org/
When it says "put one of these stanzas in your xxx file" it means that you need to create that file and put the stuff in it.
You should then find a new simulated machine in the sample configs of the config picker, sim/axis/axis_foam.
That is probably a good starting point for your configuration.
