Alan: That would plug into the edge of card connection on my cable, but has no terminal blocks to "break out" the wires, like the other suggestion you gave.
I think I've figured it out. I'm just going to run wires from the 7I76 to the mounting pins that the terminals for my 201's mount onto. I've got a wire wrap tool, so now it's just a matter of running the wires.
thanks,
Ken

Andy:
Yes, Alan;s first suggestion was perfect if my cable had pins instead of edge of card connectors. It would have worked perfectly, if my cable had edge of card on either end and a round pin connector in the middle.
I had thought about "breaking out" the wires from the 34 lead cable but really was too keen on it. That why I said I needed a better pair of eyes, steadier hands, and a sharp exacto knife.
I picked up some 4 strand 24 AWG wire today and made my own wire wrapping tool today. I'm going to try running directly from the 7I76 to the pins that the 201's mount onto.
I've got some questions on wiring the 7I76, but I'll post in another thread.
thanks,
Ken
