Have you run a latency test on the PC?
Just guessing from the numbers it looks like more than 200 usec of jitter

With what result?
The latency test keeps a 'high water' mark of the worst jitter it has encountered
It is this 'result' that is important
You typically need to exercise the computer by copying large files,
launching firefox, moving windows around, playing flash videos etc
while the latency test is running, to catch things that my make latency
worse.

Hi.
this is the result with load on the system (Asrock AD2700B-ITX), running "glxgears" mooving the windows, copy large files .
can the problem be because I haven't motors connected to the board, and linuxcnc waits for some kind of signal/feedback? what should I look for to solve this problem?
tnks

It is not likely to be related to LinuxCNCs I/O. The real time delay is measured at a
point before any LinuxCNC I/O is done (at the beginning of thread invocation)
Have you tried launching firefox or something that makes a beep?
sometimes these show problems.

sorry, I don't understand what you mean by "make a beep".

I think Peter is just asking you to open something that would generate a sound.
Thinking that maybe this could point us towards what might be causing your latency spikes.
