Backlash compensation problems

X axis as 1500mm full length and 1000mm threaded, Y axis as 600mm full length and 450mm threaded aproximately.

Got the double nut working with 0.16mm backlash and no blocking at the axis end. Good enough to make pcb, thinnest track as around 0.4mm. Here is the result, same program and same settings minus backlash. Sorry about the dirt, some oil dripped.
