Advice

Hi,
Firstly, Thank you very much to Big John T and Arc eye I manage to burn the cd as you advice and installed it but I can not open linuxcnc
as everytime I open it come up with an error. Message says linuxcnc terminated with an error and sorry I do not know how to attach the error file please advice.
I have asus M2N68 mother board with amd 2 core duo , amd radeon videocard and asus wireless network card installed.

Hi

Glad you got past stage 1

Open a terminal and type
script errors.txt
then
linuxcnc

Once linuxcnc has errored and finished, press Crtl C to end script

Attach this file errors.txt, plus ~/linuxcnc_debug.txt and ~/linuxcnc_print.txt (~/ means your home directory)

Run the command dmesg > dmesg.txt and also attach the resulting file, dmesg.txt
