I would like to get some advice about how I use step config in Linuxcnc to configure six axis and how I configure parallel port in computer ?

You can't use stepconf, you would have to start with stepconf for 4 axes and add the others manually.
Would need more info to assist, 6 axes could be anything from a robot arm to ...... ?
Regards hardware, you will need a second parport, a PCI card is the normal solution ( one with 2 parallel ports and using a MosChip / NetMOS 9845 chip or higher, will be compatible and give you spare IO for later)
