Hi Big John T/ Arceye,
Thanks for the advices so far. As advice before for my pick and place machine (six axis) I ran step config
(4 axis ) and entered second par port value as 0x278 and manually entered axis B and C in ini file.
I tried to manually entered hal file (axis B and C) but when I opened the preview it came up with error massage. Please let me know how to enter data in HAL file.
Please also let me know how to attach error file (can not copy and paste or save)
regards
nissjay

The middle mouse button will copy selected text in the error msg box. Press the middle mouse button in an empty txt file to paste the copied text.
Follow the instructions here to get the dmesg.
www.linuxcnc.org/docs/html/common/Linux_...tml#_bootup_messages
If you start with a working configuration add small bits at a time to find your errors, adding a bunch at one time can make it more difficult to track down an error.
