Trying to use SET PROBE over telnet in linuxcncrsh but only get set probe nak or no response at all. Anyone know how the syntax is for using SET PROBE? If I use SET MDI G38.2X10.0 it works but then the next problem is how to obtain the #5061-#5063 over telnet. Anyone familiar with that?

I think that if you send a MDI command such as '(DEBUG, Value of X is #5061)'
you should be able to get the string using one of the
get error / get operator_display / get operator_text commands (most likely one of the last 2)
I have not used it for quite a while, so you will have to experiment.
