Hello everybody,
i am new in the part of LinuxCNC. I have a CNC-Machine and LinuxCNC installed. But the configuration with the axes i do not know how to fixe, everytime if i will drive the maschine the program say i am out of the z-zone.
I am living in Berlin. I search for someone who live here too. I need help to fixe the configuration dirctly by my maschine. I will pay for it.

i can help with remote assistance and help if you have no other option
my details on on my profile , perhaps if you post an archive of your config directory
and give details of your machine. will help.
also give exact error or message on screen or post a screen capture , if your are unsure

Hi
This is quite common.
Either you have not got your soft limits set properly in your inii file
[AXIS_2]
..
MAX_LIMIT = 0.5
MIN_LIMIT= -100 (where 100mm is the extent of travel of the quill from home position)
or
Simply you have not touched off.
Because it is a new config, your var file will not have any figures in it for G54 etc, so they will be 0 the same as the machine position at homing
When you try to run a file that shows any elevation of the Z axis above 0 , it will error because it sees that you are at the max extent of your limits at 0 and cannot go any higher
Simply touching off at the workpiece and setting G54 to Z0 will cure that
