Replicator is a reprap program, don't think that will be readily adaptable
jedicut seems to do exactly what you are interested in, cutting foam.
It also has USB support and can use Arduino, so shouldn't be too far away.

It seems to have a flexible driver system...

Hi,
Not exactly controlled by linuxcnc, but runs Linux on BBB and mimics all the features of Lego Mindstorm or even more.
