How much Debian? was created by 64dodge
Do you need to load the whole debian fills to run linuxcnc? I have been using ubuntu off & on for a few years. Been working on my router, trying to finish it and have read that debian was better for linuxcnc. This computer will only be used for the router. Have others for cad/cam.

You probably just need the OS and Python.
