TANGO open sourse controller software ?

I do not know if TANGO is a Linux CNC software package, or something else...

TANGO does seem to be open source and it does seem to be used for motion controllers (Aerotech Ensemble Epaq reference below)...


Does anyone know anything about TANGO, an open source controller software package ?

There is some mention that TANGO can control Aerotech motion controllers, & other equipment controllers as well,
see links ...below.

I tried the Aerotech link into this, but it hung.

The TANGO links work.
TANGO may be too sophisticated, but if it can control Aerotech motor controllers, that would be a start.

Anyone know anything about this ?
