5i25/7i77 shutdown

my new pc is shutting down. here's the output. tried tying dmesg but it ididn't do anything. The last was having a similar problem.

The real error is this:

You have a large enough latency that the 5I25 watchdog has bitten, (probably >10 ms = 10000000 ns)
so you lose all serial communications

I would check your BIOS settings on your PC to make sure all power management
( fan speed control and AMD cool and quiet for example) are disabled and all C-states
except C0 and C1 are disabled
