The error normally arises from a O character being where a 0 should be ( character O instead of zero)
You need to start at the beginning - you cannot 'run' a DXF file,
what changes have you made to your ini file that lead you to believe that you can?
dxf2gcode filter?
If that is the case, first step is probably to run the .DXF file through dxf2gcode manually and examine the resulting .ngc file,
searching for an 'O'

you need to convert your dxf file to gcode first , using a cam program such as cambam or vetric aspire .
or any of the freeware ones available
