I tried adjusting the trim pots on the servo boards . I have made an improvements mainly by changing the balance pot. The axis still stands still at zero speed and most of the asymmetry is gone. I am going to borrow a digital oscilloscope and use the oscilloscope tuning method from Servo Dynamics and see where I get. The Tree method must not be valid for Linux
