Hi everybody, I would like to jogging z while the machine is cutting, I did it with mach3 but I would like to do it with EMC2. How can I do that?

You can't, really. Jogging is disabled in Auto mode (ie when running G-code).
Can you explain why you want to do this? There is probably a solution other than jogging.

Most likely for manual touch height control?
Try to really implement it though one of the solutions available (for real automatic THC control) and you will see that is worth it. Quality of the cut will be better and you can run away from the machine smoke while it is cutting!

Sometimes the material surface is not always very regular and the router can not engrave properly.
With a plasma cutter I had this problem when the THC was damage, I wanted to do it manually because I needed finish the work and do not have to wait until the THC were replaced.
